As the sun began to fall behind the more than 7,500 in attendance at RockWave Festival, Stone Temple Pilots with Chester Bennington took the stage and lit up the crowd with a raucous performance that covered an impressive catalog of truly great songs. Same singer or not, this was one hell of a rock concert. Thunderous applause and fist-pumping approval held these rock gods in reverence. And the only park that mattered here was JetBlue Park, right where STP was playing.
