Progressive heavy metal band Queensrÿche rocked the Culture Room in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with hard-hitting set of classic tunes. This version of the band stars founding member and lead vocalist Geoff Tate, legendary rock -n- roll bassist Rudy Sarzo, Robert Sarzo and Kelly Gray on guitar, keyboardist Randy Gane and Simon Wright, the backbone of the group on drums. Canadian rocker Sass Jordan joined the band on stage to sing the duet “Suite Sister Mary” with Geoff Tate.
The venue was packed with fans of all ages who came to the concert to see Queensrÿche perform Operation: Mindcrime in its entirety. Released in 1988, this 15-track record is universally considered one of the very best concept albums to ever be recorded. Since 1982, Queensrÿche has recorded and released 12 albums, selling more than 20 million records worldwide.
