Kimberly Freeman of One-Eyed Doll wore a lot of hats throughout her concert at the Culture Room. And not just the ones on her head. During her performance she played the part of demure dress-up girl, goth-metal rock goddess, stand-up comedian and barroom brawler. The Culture Room doesn’t have a photo pit so I was pressed right up against the stage to witness it all. This prime piece of real estate allowed me to get hair whipped, headbutted, bonked with a guitar and some of the best shots I’ve ever taken at a concert. Definitely a live music photography dream come true.
This show featured the musical and showmanship abilities of a talented frontwoman. Kimberlt truly loves to take the spotlight and share it with then fans. She put 100 percent and then some into a unforgettable performance. The next time this tours rolls into your town, put both eyes on the show. You’ll be exhausted from excitement.
Sorry Junior. Next time I photograph One-Eyed Doll I promise to take twice as many pictures of you!

without a photo pit, it’s freakin tough to get shots like this… you must charge the big bucks for such quality shots…
Great shots, such drama.
