Greek rockers Firewind delivered a scorching set that fanned the flames of intensity across the stage of the Culture Room in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Guitar virtuoso Gus G. shredded the frets off the neck of his six string with blinding dexterity, technical precision and relentless energy. Bandmates Bob Katsionis, Petros Christos, Johan Nunez and newly recruited lead singer Kelly Sundown Carpenter, pumped out a masterful melodic mauling that left the crowd in a frenzy.
From the very first guitar lick to the last pounding of the drums, Firewind’s concert was a damn poli kala night of rock -n- roll.
